1. About CashKitab
CashKitab is a business-record application developed by ByteFlares. These terms explain the conditions for using the app, website and related services. By using the service, you agree to these terms and the applicable privacy policy.
CashKitab helps organize transactions, khata, bills, reports and related records. It is not a bank, payment wallet, money-transfer service or a substitute for professional accounting, tax, legal or financial advice.
2. Accounts and shared access
Provide accurate account information and keep your sign-in credentials secure. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account and for inviting members with appropriate access. Do not share passwords or verification codes.
Only enter or manage a business’s records when you have permission to do so. A business or book owner’s access decisions may affect what invited users can view or change.
3. Your records and documents
You remain responsible for the accuracy, completeness and lawful use of the information you enter. Review transaction amounts, currencies, payment methods, recipients, date ranges and documents before saving or sharing.
A book total or report reflects the available records and selected scope. It is not automatically a complete profit statement, tax calculation or audited financial statement. Do not treat online or AI-generated suggestions as verified professional advice.
Keep independent copies of important exported records. Offline changes may exist only on one device until sync completes. Clearing storage, uninstalling the app or losing a device can affect locally stored information.
4. Acceptable use
Do not use the service to access another person’s records without permission, submit unlawful material, impersonate someone, distribute malicious files, interfere with the service or attempt to bypass security and access controls.
We may restrict access when reasonably needed to investigate abuse, protect users or comply with applicable obligations. Contact support if you believe access has been restricted incorrectly.
5. Availability and online services
Some features work with locally saved records after setup. Sign-in, cloud sync, invitations and server-based features require internet and functioning service infrastructure. Supported features and availability may change as the product develops.
We work to maintain the service, but do not promise uninterrupted access, instant synchronization, error-free calculations from incorrect input, or recovery of every lost local record. Contact support when something does not behave as expected.
6. Free access, charges and external services
CashKitab is currently 100% free, with all premium features in the current release included. There is no subscription, paid upgrade or payment-card requirement to unlock those features. This is not a paid trial and does not authorize automatic charges.
If a paid offer is introduced later, its price, billing, cancellation and refund terms must be shown before you agree to pay. Your internet provider, mobile operator or another third-party service may charge separately for its own services. See the refund policy for unexpected-charge questions.
Google Play, Microsoft Store, email providers, WhatsApp and other external services have their own terms. CashKitab does not control the handling of files after you export or share them to another service. Windows and Web App versions are coming soon; their mention does not mean they are currently available.
7. Account closure and data requests
You may use the in-app account-closure flow or contact support. The current app schedules closure after a 48-hour grace period and retains a recovery archive. Closure does not automatically erase every retained record.
For a permanent-erasure request or a question about retained data, use the account and data deletion page. Ownership verification and the handling of shared-business records may be necessary. The privacy policy explains current retention practices.
8. Rights, updates and contact
Your business records remain yours. You allow us to process them as needed to provide the service and as described in the privacy policy. CashKitab branding, website content and software belong to ByteFlares or their respective rights holders; using the service does not transfer ownership of those materials.
These terms do not exclude rights or liabilities that cannot be excluded under applicable law. We may update the terms as the product changes and will identify the effective version here. Material changes affecting use or a future paid offer will be communicated through an appropriate service notice or purchase flow.
